Abstract
This chapter discusses fatigue and sleep disturbances that can occur as sequelae of COVID-19. Being aware of these issues may help clients to implement behavioral strategies to better manage fatigue and improve sleep. Using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques can help clients to better manage fatigue, learn to develop healthier activity patterns to reframe thoughts, and use mindfulness techniques to decrease overfocus on their symptoms. The chapter covers unhelpful thoughts that clients may have in the context of fatigue and behavioral strategies. It highlights the importance of home practice of the strategies and skills so they will be available when needed.
