Italian, 17th – 18th century, male. Born 3 October 1627, in Florence; died 5 January 1715. Painter, fresco artist, engraver, draughtsman. Religious subjects, mythological subjects, portraits. Onorio Marinari was the pupil of his father, Sigismondo di Pietro, and of his cousin, Carlo Dolci. His best paintings are in the churches of S Maria Maggiore and S Simone in Florence....
