German, 19th – 20th century, male. Born 17 September 1866, in Düsseldorf; died 1904. Painter, engraver. Portraits, genre scenes. Hoff was the son and student of Carl Heinrich Hoff the Elder. He was active both in Paris and Brittany, then in the Black Forest and the Tyrol. He settled in Paris in 1892. He produced engravings as well as paintings....
