German, 19th century, male. Born 10 February 1839, in Aachen (North Rhine-Westphalia); died 12 September 1908, in Wiesbaden (Hesse). Draughtsman, engraver, decorative designer. Friedrich Fischbach was a student at the school of fine arts in Berlin. He then worked in Vienna. In 1870 he became a teacher at the academy of Hanau (Hesse), before travelling to Italy and Austria....
