검정교과서로 전환에 따른 초등 과학과 교과서 탐구 활동 분석 - 3학년 ‘동물의 생활’ 단원을 중심으로 -

Abstract
In this study, we compared and analyzed what changes occurred in the authorized textbooks that have been used since the 2022 school year compared to the national textbooks. The subject of analysis is the ‘Animal Life’ unit of national textbook and authorized textbooks published according to the 2015 revised curriculum. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of comparative analysis of the contents of inquiry activities, no significant changes were found except for two inquiry activities. Second, as a result of comparative analysis of the types of inquiry activities, both national text book and authorized textbooks had the most research activities, and all five publishers of authorized textbooks had fewer types of experimental observation activities compared to national textbook. Third, the inquiry function elements were included in all authorized textbooks, except for one authorized textbook, the same as or more than the national textbook. Through these results, in order for the authorized textbook system to be easily established, it can be considered the need to actively institutionally accept opinions from the field and create an environment where the writing staff can write textbooks in a diverse and creative way.
