This study analyzed the characteristics and factors of medical service use in Seoul·metropolitan areas of Gwangju in the COVID-19 Pandemic. The residents of cancer patients (C00-D48, Z510, Z511) were admitted to more than 500 beds from March 22, 2020, to December 31, 2021, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Gwangju and inpatient patients located in hospitals. 51,779 data on Gwangju, Seoul, and Gyeonggi-do are used to conduct frequency analysis, cross-analysis, and logistic regression analysis. First, in general characteristics, gender was high in the order of women, age 19-44, 0-18, and 45-64 years, and in the order of Seo-Gu, Buk-Gu, Dong-Gu, Gwangsan-Gu It was high. The method of paying medical expenses was affected by health insurance, hospitalization paths outpatient, and surgery were not performed. Second, in the Principal Diagnosis characteristics, the Female Genital Organs Cancer(C51-C58), Lip, Oral Cavity and Pharynx Cancer(00-C14), and Urinary Tract Cancer (C64-C68) have influenced medical service use in Seoul ·metropolitan areas. In particular, women in 19-44 and residential areas were Seo-Gu, and patients with Female Genital Organs Cancer(C51-C58) had a high impact on medical service use in Seoul·metropolitan areas. Through this study, it is hoped that it will be used as basic data for strengthening and revitalizing the medical service use of cancer in Gwangju.
