Purpose This study aims to expand the online education ecosystem for older adults and contributeto improving the health of older adults through the Metaverse Education Platform for the HealthPromotion of the Older Adults. Methods Using Gathertown, we built a Metaverse Education Platformfor the Health Promotion of the Older Adults and conducted pilot training for five older adults andthen conducted a usability evaluation Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on satisfactionusing the STATA 17.0 program, and subjective evaluation was presented by categorizing maincontents. Result The subjects of the study showed overall positive satisfaction with the Metaverseeducation platform, saying that the use of the Metaverse was useful for health promotion education,that they were satisfied with the education using the Metaverse. Conclusion The potential of theMetaverse education platform for health promotion of the older adults has been confirmed, and foreffective application, digital education for the older adults and the establishment of a Metaverseenvironment that reflects the characteristics of the older adults are necessary.
