Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore and identify ways to improve Wushu players' performance in competition and training by examining some environmental and cognitive factors. This study selects a total of 384 completed answers as the final valid sample. The results are as follows. 1.competition-related stress had a positive and significant influence on body management and interpersonal relationship. 2.Negative and significant effects on fun, pride, vitality, and purification of athletic emotions, and environment-related stress had negative and significant influences on fun, pride, and purification. 3.body management as a self-management had a positive influence on problem-centered, emotion-centered, and resilient coping in crisis management. Interpersonal and mental management had positive and significant effects on problem-centered and emotion-centered coping and a negative and statistically significant influence on resilience. 4.Fun, pride, and vigor in exercise emotion significantly contributed negatively to problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping, resilience, and purification in crisis management and negatively to problem-focused coping and emotion-focused coping in achievement.
