Abstract
원발성 난관 융모상피암이 복강내에 전이된 경우는 드문질환으로 본병원 산부인과에서는 원발성 난관융모상피암이 심한 복강내에 전이된 예를 경험하였기에 이의 증례 및 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
A case of tubal choriocarcinoma metastatized to abdominal cavity, that was arosed from the tube and extended to the uterus, and then, tubal rupture and abdominal metastasis were occured. At operation, grossly metastatic mass was removed but the patient was expired due to hemoperitoneum and multiple metastasis.
