Abstract
Q.W.L has a large Range and it makes unifamiliarity to Hotel general manager. But in the final, it was out the profit of society that it is helpful to a company or an individual to improve labour efficiency. Also Q.W.L has a couple of rules to conduct the company or the individual but it is possible when it is get a chance of stability of labour, fairplay of division, the extend of conference decision to attend opportunity, fair wages, and chance of promote. To improve a sound Q.W.L makes to give human feelings between general managers and employees and can promise better future to company, We have to Mind that hotel businesses make good services when it has good Surroundings.
