Abstract
본 증례는 자궁경관임신으로 진단된 환자에서 생식능력을 보존하기 위해 질식초음파유도하 에 MTX를 임신낭에 직접 주입하여 자궁경관임신의 치료에 성공하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰 과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
It is very important to preserve reproductive potentiality for young patient who was diagnosed as cervical pregnancy. Methotrexate is a very useful agent in management of trophoblastic disease, and now it is widely used in management of ectopic pregnancy. But in case of cervical pregnancy, it is not so certain comparing to tubal pregnancy. Because very few cases were reported to be managed by Methotrexate . There are so many kinds of method but the effect was not so good as expected. This is the our first report of a cervical pregnancy treated successfully with single dose direct injection of Methotrexate into the gestational sac under transvaginal ultrasonographic guidance.
