Abstract
본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 간호전문직관과 자기효능감이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 J도에 소재한 J대학 간호대학생 171명으로 편의표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Win 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 대한 영향요인은 자기효능감, 자아개념 순으로 나타났다. 설명력은 55.5%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 높이기 위해 자기효능감과 자아개념을 고려한 임상실습 프로그램 계획과 적용이 필요하다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of nursing professionalism and self-efficacy on clinical competency in nursing students. Participants of were 171 students of nursing science department, C university in J province, from whom this research collected data through convenient sampling. And then, the data were statistically processed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program, especially through Pearson’s correlation coefficient analysis and the regression analysis. As a result, it was turned out that the influence factors in nursing students’ clinical competency were both self-efficacy and self-concept of the profession which are subject to the nursing professionalism. Also, it was found that those two factors accounted in total for 55.5% of that level. Therefore I think it is necessary to plan and apply a clinical practice program in consideration of self-efficacy and self-concept of the profession in order to enhance the clinical competency in nursing students.
