Abstract
PURPOSE The purpose of this study was to improve the training efficiency of physical education teachers' workshops and realize the improvement of teachers' professional skills by discovering the structural characteristics of the interactive behaviors and semantic comments of the training members of physical education (PE) teacher workshop. METHOD Based on the social network analysis, Ucinet6.5 was used to analyze the basic attributes, betweenness centrality, core-periphery structure, block model structure, and semantic high-frequency vocabulary network structure characteristics of the members of the PE teacher workshop. RESULT The results showed that the cohesion, transmissibility and reciprocity were low; the interactive resource control of members was extremely unbalanced; core members account for 37.12%, whose modules had less interaction and lack reciprocity; the comments of core members were related to the content of physical education teaching and were significantly different from those of marginal members. CONCLUSION The network members of PE teacher workshop lacked active sharing consciousness; the core members did not pay enough attention. We should focus on exerting the influence of core members, avoid the influence of high dropout rate and insufficient interaction, and promote the sustainable development of research.
