Abstract
연구배경 국내에서 연구윤리 확립에 대한 경각심이 높아지면서 연구윤리 관련 규정 및 체제 정비가 상당 수준 개선되었다. 그러나 교수, 연구원, 대학원생과 같은 전문 연구원에게 요구되는 연구윤리와 달리 주로 대학에 재학 중인 학부생들에게 적용되는 학습윤리에 대한 교육은 연구윤리 교육에 비해 상대적으로 부족한 편이다. 특히 대학에서 공지하는 학습윤리 지침은 모든 전공에서 지켜야 할 일반적인 지침을 제시하므로 전공 특성을 세부적으로 반영하기는 어렵다. 본 연구의 목적은 디자인 대학 및 디자인 전공 관련자들을 대상으로 학습윤리 교육 현황 및 인식을 실증 조사함으로써 디자인 교육현장에서 요구되는 교육내용을 파악하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 디자인 전공의 특성을 반영한 학습윤리 교육내용을 도출해내는 것이다. 연구방법 본 연구에서는 디자인 대학 및 디자인 전공관련자들을 대상으로 학습윤리 교육 현황 및 인식을 실증 조사함으로써 디자인 교육현장에서 요구되는 교육내용을 파악하였다. 연구결과 학습윤리 교육은 교수와 학생의 자의성 혹은 도덕성보다는 대학이 적극적인 교육을 제공하고 구체적인 규정을 제시해주어야 하며 디자인 특성을 반영한 학습윤리 교육과 디자인 전공 학생들의 요구에 맞는 교육프로그램의 제공이 필요하다. 결론 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 디자인 전공의 특성을 반영한 학습윤리 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 디자인 윤리의식을 갖춘 디자이너를 사회에 배출하기 위한 디자인 학습윤리 교수법 및 지식재산권 교육 콘텐츠·교육프로그램을 연구하는 데에 이바지할 수 있기를 바란다.
Background As awareness on establishing research ethics has increased in Korea, regulations and systems related to research ethics have improved considerably. Unlike research ethics required by professional researchers such as professors, researchers and graduate students, however, education on learning ethics, which is mostly applied to undergraduates attending universities, is relatively insufficient compared to research ethics education. In particular, it is difficult to reflect in detail the characteristics of the majors, as it is common to present general guidelines that should be followed, including all areas of specialties. Methods The purpose of this research is to identify the educational content required at the design education site by empirical investigation of the status and awareness of learning ethics education for those involved in design colleges and design majors and draw out learning ethics education contents that reflect the characteristics of design majors based on the results. Result Based on the results of this study, learning ethics education that reflects the characteristics of design majors should be conducted. Learning ethics education should be provided more actively by universities than by professors and students' arbitrariness or morality, and education programs that reflect design characteristics should be provided to meet the needs of design majors and students. Conclusion We hope to contribute to the research of design learning ethics teaching methods and intellectual property education contents and education programs to produce designers with design ethics awareness to society.
