Abstract
목적 : LPS를 이용한 실험적 포도막염 모델에서 CMT를 투여한 후 염증억제 효과에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 : 54마리의 Lewis 흰 쥐를 실험대상으로 하여 실험군에게는 각각 CMT-3와 CMT-8을, 정상 대조군에게는 placebo를 7일간 경구 투여하였다. 그 후 각각의 쥐의 발바닥에 LPS를 피하로 주사한 뒤, 각막과 포도막의 염증 및 수정체 혼탁의 진행 양상을 시간에 따라 24, 48, 72시간에 관찰하였으며 NO, TNF-α
