Abstract
As China succeeded in the 21st century, it emerged as a logic that emphasizes the way of the West and other China. It is a view that explains the way of Chinese civilization that has been continuing from ancient China to the present. If Lu Xun's civilization persistence is pursuing criticism of reality, the view of the civilized state is close to claiming the legitimacy of Communist rule. However, as good and evil co-evolve in the human world, if the positive and negative aspects inherent in Chinese history continue together, it is time to have a balanced view. It is a certain leap that the continuity of Chinese history (civilization) is directly linked to the legitimacy of the rule, but the question of what made the continuity of Chinese history (civilization) a must be discussed. If there is no text that has formed the identity of Chinese history (civilization) that has had as much influence as Shiji, I think that the clue can be found in Shiji. This work will be a homework that Lu Xun left to his descendants and a modern interpretation of Shiji to predict the path of China in the 21st century.
