IM training is comprised of total 12 sessions, using the program provided by IM itself. The sessions were given for 30∼60 minutes a day, 3∼4 times a week. we compared the golf performance after the program by Paired t-test with the average numbers of shots and putting in 2015 and 2016. The pre to post analysis of IM programs was both by individual interviews and by the Long Form Test which is provided by the IM itself. In the average number of putting, the players showed the better scores compared to the previous year. From the interviews and IM results, we could expect the IM training equipment to improve the concentration and golf performance.
