Abstract
본 연구는 경기에서 중국축구선수의 소통유형을 탐색하고 소통 대상별 소통유형 양상을 비교할 목적으로 진행하였다. 중국축구협회에 등록된 중학교, 고등학교, 대학교 남자선수 각각 30명씩 총 90명을 대상으로 개방형설문을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 귀납적 내용분석을 통해 경기에서 소통 유형의 범주를 추출하고 동료, 지도자, 자신 등 각각의 소통 대상별 응답빈도비율을 산출하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 경기에서 중국축구선수는 전술조율, 가치공유, 정보공유, 심리전략을 내용으로 소통한다. 전술조율은 공수 조직 조율, 기술 시도 지시, 전술 운용 조력, 가치공유는 협력 분위기 조성, 응집력 증진, 팀 전략 소통, 팀 목표 의식, 정보공유는 판단 정보 전달, 상황 정보 제시, 선수 상태 소통, 심리전략은 격려, 심리 안정화, 집중력 발현, 자신감 부여를 내용으로 구조화된다. 둘째, 중국축구선수의 경기에서 대상별 전술조율은 동료, 지도자, 자신, 심리전략은 자신, 동료, 지도자, 가치공유는 지도자, 자신, 동료, 정보공유는 지도자, 동료, 자신 순으로 높은 응답빈도비율을 보인다. 본 연구가 중국축구선수의 소통유형 이해에 기여하기를 기대한다.
This study was conducted with the purpose of exploring communication types among chinese football players during games and comparing communication types based on the communication target. A total of 90 male players, from middle school, from high school, and from university, registered with the chinese football association, provided the data. The collected data was analyzed by analyzing the inductive content and calculating the response frequency ratio based on the communication target. The research results indicate that, firstly, chinese football players communicate various elements during games, such as tactical coordination, values sharing, information sharing, and psychological strategies. Tactical coordination encompasses the coordination of offense and defense, instruction of technical attempts, collaborative tactical execution, while values sharing involves fostering a cooperative atmosphere, enhancing cohesion, communicating team strategies, promoting team goals awareness. Information sharing includes conveying judgment information, presenting situational details, communicating player states, and psychological strategies encompass encouragement, psychological stabilization, concentration enhancement, and boosting self-confidence. Secondly, in chinese football players’ games, tactical coordination by target prioritizes teammates, coaches, and oneself in that order. For psychological strategies, the order of priority is oneself, teammates, and coaches. In the case of values sharing, the priority order is coaches, oneself, and teammates. Finally, for information sharing, the order of priority is coaches, teammates, and oneself. The hope this study can contribute to the communication of chinese football players.
