Abstract
본 연구는 광양항 컨테이너터미널을 중심으로 컨테이너 선박 초대형화에 따른 대응방안 선정을 목적으로 하고 있다. 항만공사, 대학, 선사, 터미널 운영사 등의 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사와 Fuzzy-AHP 방법론을 적용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 총 4개의 측정 영역과 12개의 세부 측정 요인을 선정하였으며 분석 결과 측정 영역에서는 안벽작업 영역이 가장 중요도(0.291)가 높게 분석되었으며, 환산 가중치를 적용한 세부 측정 요인에서는 24열 안벽크레인 추가 도입(0.118), 운영사 통합(0.112), 자동화 안벽크레인 도입(0.093), 빅데이터(0.086) 활용이 높은 우선 순위로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is select countermeasures based on the berth of ultra large container vessel, focusing on Gwangyang port container terminals. The analysis was conducted by applying questionnaire and Fuzzy-AHP methodology to experts of Port Authority, Universities, Shipping companies, and Terminal operators. The four measurement area and twelve sub-factors were selected. The analysis showed that Quayside work area was the most important factor(0.291) in the measurement area. In the sub-factors that applied the conversion weight, the priority was shown as follows: the introduction of 24 row quay crane(0.118) as the first rank: a merger of terminal operators(0.112) as the second rank: the introduction of automated quay crane(0.093) as the third rank.
