Abstract
현시대를 살아가는 사람들은 개인의 개성을 헤어, 패션, 네일 등 다양한 방식으로 표현하는 것을 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 더불어 사회적 인식 또한 삶의 방식과 개성의 표현을 인정하고 존중하는 개방적인 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 그 중 헤어 스타일은 인간의 내면과 개성을 드러내는 매우 중요한 수단으로 그 역할은 현대에 이르러 점점 부각 되고 있으며, 이러한 고객들의 요구가 다양해짐에 따라서 일상적인 라이프 업스타일에 관한 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이에 미용 산업 현장 종사자와 일반인들에게 실용적인 업스타일에 대한 이해를 돕고 실제 활용할 수 있는 기초교육자료로 쓰이게 하는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 문헌적 연구 방법으로는 선행논문연구를 통하여 땋기 기법의 활용과 적용 부위의 변화에 따른 업스타일의 시각적 이미지의 변화를 분석하고 개념을 정리하였다. 실증적 연구로는 땋기의 형태와 땋은 선의 늘림과 배치 정도에 따라 각각 두부 위치를 달리 적용한 업스타일 6점의 작품을 제작하여 제시하였다. 향후 땋기 기법을 활용한 업스타일의 연구가 지속되어 빠르게 변화하는 업스타일 디자인의 트랜드 흐름에 맞게 실무 적용에 있어서 보다 쉽고 일반인들에게도 친근한 업스타일 기법의 발견과 노력이 확대되길 바란다.
People living in the present era consider it important to express their individuality in various ways, such as hair, fashion, and nails. In addition, social perception is also changing in an open direction that recognizes and respects the way of life and the expression of individuality. Among them, hairstyles are a very important means of revealing human inner and individuality, and their role has become increasingly prominent in modern times, and as the needs of these customers diversify, interest in daily lifestyles is also increasing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to help field workers in the beauty industry and the general public understand practical up-style and to present basic educational materials that can be used in practice. As a literary research method, through prior paper research, changes in the visual image of the up-style were analyzed and the concept was summarized according to the use of the braiding technique and changes in the application area. As an empirical study, six up-style works with different head positions were produced and presented depending on the form of braid and the degree of extension and arrangement of braid lines. It is hoped that systematic research on up-style using braid techniques will continue in the future, expanding the discovery and efforts of up-style techniques that are easier to apply and friendly to the general public in line with the rapidly changing trend of up-style design.
