중국자본시장에서의 암호화폐에 대한 연구 / A Study on Cryptocurrency in the Chinese Stork Market

Abstract
최근 비트코인과 같은 암호화폐 자산에 대한 거래 처리방안에 대하여 다양한 의견이 나뉘고 있으며, 이에 자산가치에 대한 논란은 계속 일어나고 있다. 특히, 암호화폐 관련 선행연구는 대부분 암호화폐의 블록체인에 관련한 기술적 측면에서만 이뤄진 반면, 자본시장 측면에 대한 연구는 미비한 편이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 암호화폐 시장을 효율적으로 통제하고 있는 중국사례를 설명함으로써 암호화폐에 관련한 경영학 측면의 문헌을 보충하고자 한다. 본 연구는 암호화폐에 대하여 관리감독의 필요성과 관련 정책을 제안함으로서 자본시장과 학계에 공헌할 수 있을 것이다. 한다. 더불어, 블록체인 기술에 기반한 금융자산의 응용장면과 미래 발전방향을 분석하여 본 연구로 암호화폐의 발전에 이론적 근거를 줄 것으로 기대된다.
Recently, opinions as to cryptocurrency represented by Bitcoin are largely divided in the transaction processing and the controversy over its asset value continues. Besides, researches on capital market are not perfect since most of the prior researches related are focused on the technology of black chain. In this regard, research contents of the thesis are to supplement the literature on cryptocurrency in business management by introducing examples of China's effective management in cryptocurrency. The thesis contributes to the capital market and academia by proposing the need for cryptocurrency regulation and related policies. In addition, it analyzes the application and the future development of financial assets based on block chain technology. The result in this study is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the development of cryptocurrency.
