본 연구의 목적은 대기업과 중소기업의 기술협력 성공사례 분석을 통해 실제로 기술협력을 통해 성공한 기업들의 협력유형과 대상, 이유, 성공요인을 도출하고 신뢰의 유형을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 대 ? 중소기업 협력대상 2005년과 2006년의 예비심사 자료 총 29개 중 13개의 기술협력 사례를 추진배경, 내용, 기간, 핵심내용, 성과 등의 요인으로 분석하였다.다중사례분석을 통해서 분석된 결과는 첫째, 대기업과 중소기업이 기술협력을 하는 가장 큰 이유는 원가절감이나 수입대체 효과를 통한 원가경쟁력 확보에 있었다. 둘째, 대기업과 중소기업의 기술협력 유형은 주로 공동기술개발 형태였다. 셋째, 대기업과 중소기업의 기술협력 성공요인은 기술특성에 부합한 전략을 선택한 경우가 많았다. 또한 분명한 동기와 방법을 가진 기업들이 성공하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 대기업과 중소기업의 기술협력의 신뢰유형은 약한 형태의 신뢰가 쌓이면 점차 높은 형태의 신뢰로 발전하며 이는 기술협력의 단기간의 성과가 아닌 장기간의 성과에 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다.
This research focuses on analyzing the success cases of technological cooperation between large firms and small firms in order to find the types, targets, reasons of cooperation, and to understand the trust pattern. To achieve this goal, 13 cases of technological cooperation of small and large firms out of total 29 preliminary investigation data of 2005 and 2006 are analyzed based on the propulsion background, contents, period, core contents and outcomes.Analyzed by multiplex case studies, the biggest reason of large and small firms performing technological cooperation was to ensure competitiveness in the cost through cost reduction or import substitute effect. Second, the style of technological cooperation was mainly a joint development. Third, in many cases, the cause of successful tech-ties between small and large firms lied on the strategies correspond with their technological character. Also, firms which have clear motive and methods appeared to be successful. Finally, it was able to clarify that the trust pattern of technological cooperation develops gradually from a low level of trust to a higher level, which has influence on not a short-term but a long-term outcome.
