Abstract
It is important in the flood of knowledge at the information age for learners to apply the information chosen vividly and with education purpose for high-leveled learning. This study is to survey the perception of learning and evaluation making use of engineered tools after exploring the conditions of evaluation that current teachers are conducting now contemporarily. For this purpose, the researcher sampled 35 mathematics teachers working for the middle and high schools for a questionnaire survey. The data collected were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 program. The study questions raised are as follows; 1. What is the awareness about the evaluation which the present office math teachers are implementing? 2. How are the present office math teachers recognizing the experience, utility and usefulness about the class making use of the engineering in the field of school? 3. How are the present office math teachers recognizing the experience, utility and usefulness about the evaluation making use of the engineering in the field of school? The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. Most of math teachers were recognizing the level of academic achievement of the individual student on the evaluation as the tool. They would introduce and take the various evaluation method utilizing the calculator, computer, and so on. They would also evaluate the students by the judgment from an expert vision and the information from the various sources. 2. Despite the advantage of using the engineering tools as for learning, it was difficult to apply them in the field with the knowledge and lack of experience. To develop the program which helps to use the engineering tools in the math subject classroom and solve the problems of teachers' textbook and engineering tool study there needs to establish the organization to integrate and operate.3. The incumbent teachers had the negative awareness of the evaluation in utilizing the engineering tools. They accordingly need to review mathematical curriculum and have an effort to improve teaching and learning method and environment.
