베트남 꽝닌성 관광산업의 투자 자본 유치에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 / A Study on Factors Affecting Investment Capital Attraction in Vietnam's Quang Ninh Province Tourism Industry

Abstract
본 논문의 목적은 꽝닌성 관광산업의 투자에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 관광 투자에 대한 기초이론, 관광 투자의 필요성, 관광 투자에 영향을 미치는 요인 등을 제시하고, 꽝닌성 관광산업의 투자 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연구하는 모델을 만들었다.다음으로 2015~2021년의 꽝닌성 관광 지표를 소개하고 꽝닌성 관광산업에 대한 투자 현황을 조사하여 제시하였다. 또한 꽝닌성의 관광 투자에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 관광 투자 분야의 전문가 65명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 관광 투자에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인인 관광 투자 이론에 기반하여 연구 가설을 세웠다. 연구 가설은 천연∙관광자원, 자본유치 정책, 기반시설, 사회정치적 상황 및 경제적 요인 등 5가지 요인에 관한 것이다. 본 연구 결과에서는 이 5가지 요인 모두가 꽝닌성의 관광 투자에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 본 연구에서는 꽝닌성 관광산업에 투자 자본을 더욱 효과적으로 유치할 수 있는 실용적인 솔루션을 제공하였다. 또한 코로나19 대유행 이후 꽝닌성 관광산업의 투자 유치 솔루션과 관광 유치 조치를 제공하기 위해, 싱가포르와 태국의 관광 개발 및 투자 유치 사례를 살펴보고 교훈 2가지를 도출하여 제시했다.본 연구는 설문조사 참여자가 많지 않아 신뢰성에 절대적으로 도달할 수 없다는 한계가 있다. 또한 관광산업에서 투자 자본 유치에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 수많은 요인 중 5가지만을 고려하여 더 다양한 요인 분석을 하지 못한 점도 이 연구의 한계라고 할 수 있다. 이에 연구 시간과 조사 대상을 확대하고 관광 투자에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추가한 후속 연구를 수행할 필요가 있다.
The purpose of the study is to determine the factors affecting the investment in thetourism industry of Quang Ninh province. To achieve that goal, the study has madebasic theories on tourism investment, the necessity of investment in tourism andfactors affecting tourism investment. From there, create a model that studied thefactors affecting investment decisions in the tourism industry of Quang Ninh province.The study has introduced the tourism indicators of Quang Ninh province from 2015 to2021 and presented the current state of investment in Quang Ninh tourism industry inrecent times. In order to delve into the analysis of factors affecting tourism investmentin Quang Ninh province, the study has conducted a survey with 65 experts in the fieldof tourism investment and made research hypotheses based on the theory of tourisminvestment, major factors affecting tourism investment. There are 5 researchhypotheses: Natural resources ‒ tourism resources, policy to attract capital,infrastructure, socio- political situation and economic factor.According to the research results, all five factors have a positive influence oninvestment in tourism in Quang Ninh province. Thanks to those results, the study offerspractical solutions to attract investment capital for tourism in Quang Ninh provincemore and more effectively. Besides, in order to offer solutions to attract investment intourism development and measures to attract tourism after the Covid 19 pandemic inQuang Ninh province. The study also presented two lessons from the experience intourism development and investment attraction of Singapore and Thailand after thepandemic. This study had the limitation because the number of survey participants wasnot large, so the reliability could not be reached absolutely. Besides, in addition to the 5factors mentioned in the study, there are many factors that can affect the attraction ofinvestment capital in the tourism industry that the thesis can not consider due to thefactors affecting the investment capital is diverse and limited in terms of research time.From that point, futher studies can be carried out by expanding the survey subjects andadding more factors affecting tourism investment.
