Analyzed data was then illustrated into ‘analysis of frequency’ and ‘one-way analysis of variance’ by using the program called ‘SPSS Window Program Ver. 21.0’ and significance level was set at α=.05. The following results were found from this research;1) Leaders of marina and ocean sports center First, it has to be compulsory for leaders to take safety educations and to complete certain times.Second, by improving labor conditions, leaders need to come to realize that it is their professional and life-long occupations.
