Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop teaching and learning materials using taxi geometry for mathematically gifted students. The research topics are as follows: First, how do you organize a lesson that can be taught to mathematic gifted students using taxi geometry? Second, what are the implications of the mathematical gifted teaching and learning using taxi geometry on gifted education? The following results can be expected from the contents of this study. At first, the mathematics learning method is different from the existing one, and it gives an interest in mathematics. At second, by learning taxi geometry that is a non-Euclidean geometry, students can become new experiences and stimulate mathematical curiosity. At the last, the experience of taxi geometry, closely related to real life, can stimulate learning motivation.
