Different from previous researches focused on Sosoo-Seowon building itself and its historical meaning, the main purpose of this study is to research about Gyeong-ryeom-jeong poem that was written in Sosoo-Seowon. The pavilion of Gyeong-ryeom-jeong was made for the poets to write poem or take a rest. Gyeong-ryeom-jeong was the first Seowon(Lecture Hall) built in Korea and it was fuctioned as a place for poets to write poem and take a rest until 19th centuries. This study covered about Gyeong-ryeom-jeong‘s function as a place for taking rest and Gyeong-ryeom-jeong poem's changed writer beauty awareness. First, Ju Se-Bung built pavilion matching the nature, naming it Gyeong-ryeom-jeong. This is not just for enjoying nature but for relating 性理學的's point of view showing Juja's Muijungsa(武夷精舍) and Muigugok(武夷九曲). In short, the pavilion is built for not just enjoying Gyeong-ryeom-jeong but for disciplining oneself. Second, Gyeong-ryeom-jeong provided poets with places of writing poetry between 16th and 19th centuries. By providing place for writing poetry, Gyeong-ryeom-jeong became a center of local poet groups. Third, a willingness to acquire Chunri(天理) expressed as Yeonbieoyak(鳶飛魚躍) is revealed through natural phenomenons. Acquiring the Chunri(天理), abandoning Inyok(人慾), and looking nature with contemplation in Gyeong-ryeom-jeong poem, it was expressed as aesthetic world.Fourth, Gwangpungjewol(光風霽月) is the topic of Gyeong-ryeom-jeong poem. This is not only talking about Sansuaeho(山水愛好) but also acquiring the Chunri(天理), abandoning Inyok(人慾), and longing for ideal personality. Fifth, Since Imjin War(壬辰倭亂), the writers who have suffered a crisis of national consciousness of the city is a self-esteem and keep the suspension have to go after a writer has to look at consciousness. In addition, through Gyeong-ryeom-jeong poem, this study is a good data to look at the reality awareness of intellectuals in those days. Also, most of the Gyeong-ryeom-jeong poem writers resided in near Sosoo-Seowon. They are good source of information about local writers and literary circle. I hope that Gyeong-ryeom-jeong poem and other writers should be researched and discussed again in the future.
