UCC활용 심상훈련에 따른 무용수의 동작수행에 대한 이해 / Dance Performers' Understanding on Motions through the UCC Image Training

Abstract
빠르게 변해가는 21세기는 감성과 지성뿐 아닌 조화로운 사회성을 고루 겸비한 새 시대의 리더상인 창의적 인재를 요구하고 있다. 에 발 맞추어 나날이 발전하고 있는 예술교육으로 인해 예술에 있어 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 무용은 그 영향을 받으며 그 규모가 날로 성장하고 있다. 하지만 무용교육의 이러한 양적 성장에도 불구하고 그 교육적 내용이나 질적인 성장은 함께 이뤄지지 않고 있는 안타까운 현실에 놓여있다.이에 본 연구는 예술교육으로서의 무용교육이 그 기능과 역할을 충실히 담당할 수 있도록 무용교육 수업의 현황과 방법을 검토하고 분석함으로 무용교육의 질적인 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.본 연구방법은 서울지역에 소재한 발레단 연습생 5인을 연구자의 연구주제에 접근할 수 있도록 준거표집(criterion-based selection)' 하였고, 24세에서 31세까지의 발레단 연습생으로서 무용경험이 5년 이상 되어 연구수행에 있어 용이한 자로 표집 하였으며 심상교육프로그램을 통한을 수업을 진행하였고 면담 전 연구 참여자의 기초배경 조사를 실시하였다. 또 선행연구를 통한 면담지침을 만들어 면담을 하였고 비 구조화된 질문지의 답변을 토대로 한 반 구조화된 면담을 사용하여 자료를 수집했으며, 동료들과 피험자들의 참여로 삼각 검증하여 진실성을 높인 질적 연구방법을 사용하였다.이상의 과정을 통해 본 연구에서 도출한 결과와 질적인 향상을 위한 결론은 다음과 같다.첫째, 무용교육은 동작의 인식과 수행에 있어 단순한 신체움직임의 모방이 아닌 그 의미와 뜻을 명확히 이해하고 자기화 시키는 것이 필요하며 이를 위해 무용교육수업의 방법전환이 필요하다. 둘째, UCC를 활용한 심상교육은 무용수의 다양한 심상감각중 중요한 요소를 자극하여 동작수행에 대한 이해를 높이며 이를 위해 프로그램화된 구체적인 교육이 필요하다.셋째, 동작의 원활한 수행을 위해선 UCC활용한 심상교육이 무용교육 수업중에 포함 되어야 하며, 교육받는 학생들 또한 교육의 주체로서 스스로에게 맞는 교육영상을 제작해 심상교육이 생활속에서 이뤄지도록 해야 한다.결론적으로, 현재 무용교육에서 심상교육에 대한 인식은 무용수에게 꼭 필요한 긍정적인 것임에도 불구하고 무용수업 중 심상에 대한 교육은 충분히 이뤄지고 있지 않다.무용학습에선 빼놓을 수 없는 시각적 이미지를 이용한 심상훈련은 학습자의 동작이해와 수행에 매우 중요한 부분이다. 테크닉에 중점을 두어 동작을 완수하는 것은 심상과 시각적 이미지의 경험에 의해 움직임을 발전시키는 것 과는 차이가 있다.무용은 창의성을 요구하는 학문분야로 학습자 개개인의 창의적 표현과 예술적 능력을 통해 아름다운 형상을 무에서 유로 창조해 내는 작업이기 때문에 심상교육에 대한 중요성은 강조된다. 이와 동시에 동작의 의미를 구체화 시킬 수 있는 명확한 시각적 이미지제공과 심상훈련을 이용하여 무용을 교육한다면 학생들의 수업 성취도와 동작에 대한 완성도에 있어 달라진 발전을 기대할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
The creative talent, the leaders of new era who have not only the sensibility and the intelligence but the harmonious sociality are needed in this rapidly changing 21st century. The dance which is an important field of art is growing up in scale day by day because the art education is also enormously being advanced in keeping pace with the changes. But unfortunately, now the educational content and the qualitative growth of dance education have not been growing up equally even though it has been quantitatively growing up like this.The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for the qualitative improvement of dance education by examining and analyzing the present situation and the methods of dance class, which enables the dance education as an art education to function and play a role faithfully.The study involved 5 trainees, the members of ballet company in Seoul in this research through the criterion-based selection. The participants were qualified to be the appropriate subjects of this research because they had over five-year experience as the trainees of ballet in age from 24 to 31. The image training program was provided and the background checks were carried out to the participants of this research before the interviews.They were also interviewed with the interview guide made out of the preceding research. Data was collected through the semi-structured interviews based on the answer to the unstructured questionnaire using qualitative research methods triangulated with the participation of the fellows and the subjects for better authenticity.The results derived from this study and the conclusions for the qualitative improvement through the process conducted above are as follows.First, the dance education is not the simple imitation of physical movements in perceiving and performing the motions. It requires to clearly understand the meaning and the intention of them and to have them for one's own. Therefore, the changeover of dance class is necessary for those purposes.Second, the image training with UCC enables the dancer to understand the performance better by stimulating the important elements among his/her various senses of image, and the concrete programmed training is necessary for that reason.Third, the image training with UCC should be included in the dance class for better performance and the students as the main agents of education should make the educational images suitable to themselves and therefore the image training has to be conducted in their lives.Finally, the image training of dance class has not been fully practiced even though it is affirmative and essential element to the dancer.The image training using the visual image which is essential in dance education is very important element for the student to understand and perform the motions. There are some differences between the technique-oriented performance and the performance developed by experiencing the image and visual image.The importance of the image training is emphasized because the dance is a field of study which requires creativity and a work which creates beautiful images out of nothing with the creative expressions and the artistic talent of individual students.It is considered that the great improvement of student class achievement and the completion of the performance could be expected if the students are trained with clear visual image and the image training expressing the meaning of the performance.
