Abstract
Currently, the number of people in China sharing accommodation, transportation, knowledge and financing via mobile internet in growing. Especially the market for shared services in the transportation sector is phenomenal. Didi Chuxing is a leading Chinese car-sharing service company with 450 million users. The study is to explore the effect of shared economic characteristics on the continuous usage intention". A shared economy is a new economic system with four characteristics: convenience, low price, network and public interest, unlike the traditional economic system in which individuals own and operate resources. Research was conducted on car sharing services, particularly 'Didi Chuxing,' which are a big part of China's shared economy market. The analysis results are as follows. 1, The higher the intensity of the shared economy that a user feels when using a car-sharing service, the higher the satisfaction level. 2, The higher the intensity of the shared economy that a user feels when using a car-sharing service, the higher the user's willingness to continue using it in the future. 3, The higher the level of satisfaction with the vehicle sharing service, the more willing the user is to continue using it in the future. 4, The perceived risk affects the process that the higher the level of satisfaction with the vehicle sharing service, the more willing the user is to continue using it in the future. 5, While male users use vehicle-sharing services without taking into account the potential risk factors, female users tend to choose services more seriously than males, taking into account potential risk factors when using vehicle-sharing services. Due to the existence of limitations in this study, I hope to supplement these limitations in the future to concentrate on the object of the use of vehicle sharing services and to study both users and non-users together. Research should also be conducted to provide realistic alternatives for revitalizing the shared economy.
