유치원 원장의 무용교육 인식 사례연구 / A Case Study on the Perception of Dance Education by the Kindergarten Director

Abstract
This study conducted a qualitative case study on two kindergarten principals representing the characteristics of the study in order to study the perception of dance education of kindergarten directors. Based on this, research was conducted through document collection, in-depth interviews, and descriptive surveys, and the collected data was analyzed through coding and constant comparison method. The reliability, feasibility and ethics of the research were verified and verified, and two key topics were derived from the recognition of dance education by the kindergarten director and the improvement plan. First, the director of the kindergarten recognized dance education as the best education in the development of infants. The kindergarten director and parents were found to have low preference for dance education for boys as it is perceived as an activity that emphasizes femininity. The kindergarten director and parents seem to need to improve their unbiased perception in consideration of the characteristics of infant development. In hiring teachers, the director of the kindergarten commissioned a professional company (the dispatch company) to find that the administrative process was very simple and highly reliable and positively aware of the company. The director of the kindergarten found that it should be a desirable role to improve the professionalism of teachers by providing desirable teacher education and teaching demonstration to teachers. Second, in order to provide a sufficient educational environment for dance education places, kindergarten teachers recognized the importance of supporting dance education places. The proper educational environment and the items needed for education will be high quality classes, and in order for infant dance education to become more active, it was found that the environment of the place must be improved and efficient methods and measures must be sought for the classroom environment. In addition, it could be seen that the development of infant dance education programs should be promoted. The teaching method, which simply mimics the movements of children, is found to have not recognized infants without considering the characteristics of infants, and it is believed that infant dance education can be developed only when infant dance education programs are formed from a developmental perspective.
본 연구는 유치원 원장의 무용교육 인식을 사례 연구하기 위해 연구의 특성을 대표하는 유치원 원장 2명을 대상으로 유목적표집 한 후 질적 사례연구를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 문서 수집과 심층 면담, 서술적 설문조사를 통해 연구가 이루어졌으며, 수집 된 자료는 부호화와 항시비교법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구의 신뢰성과 타당성 및 윤리성을 확인하고 검증하여 유치원 원장의 무용교육 인식과 개선방안으로 2가지 핵심주제가 도출되었다. 첫째, 유치원 원장은 유아의 발달에 있어 무용교육을 최상의 교육이라고 인식하는 것으로 알 수 있었다. 유치원 원장과 학부모는 유아 무용교육이 여성성이 강조되는 활동이라 인식되고 있어 남아의 무용교육에 대한 선호도가 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 유치원 원장과 학부모는 유아발달 특성을 고려하여 편견이 없는 인식 개선이 필요한 것으로 보인다. 교사의 채용에 있어 유치원 원장은 전문업체(파견업체)에 의뢰하여 행정적 절차가 매우 간단하며 업체에 대한 신뢰도가 높고 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 알 수 있었다. 유치원 원장은 바람직한 교사교육과 교사에게 수업 시연의 제공을 주어 교사의 전문성 신장을 향상하는 바람직한 역할이 되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 무용교육 장소에 대해서 충분한 교육환경을 제공하기 위해 유치원 교사는 무용교육 장소지원의 중요함을 인식하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 적절한 교육 환경과 교육에 필요한 품목은 질 높은 수업이 될 것이며 유아 무용교육이 더 활성화되기 위해서는 장소의 환경이 개선되어야 하고 수업환경에 효율적인 방법과 대책을 모색해야 하는 것으로 알 수 있었다.또한, 유아 무용교육 프로그램 개발에 도모해야 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 단순히 동작만을 따라 하는 교수법은 유아의 특성을 고려하지 않고 유아를 인식하지 않은 것으로 나타나 유아 무용교육에 발전적 입장에서 유아 무용교육 프로그램을 형성해야 유아 무용교육이 발전될 수 있을 것으로 본다.
