Abstract
This study compare between actual domestic steel companies produced in the yield stress of reinforcing bar and Korea Standard(KS) specified quality of reinforcing bar. Because of Method of Content of raw materials reinforcing bar difference of yield stress each steel companies produced in the reinforcing bar and the actual yield stress of reinforcing bar is greater than 400MPa or smaller than specified of Korea Standard(KS). yield stress give effect reinforced concrete design and quality of reinforcing bar. This study compare the results of three kinds. Whether the result of tension test of reinforcing bars dissatisfied. KS quality regulations or satisfied the difference of actual yield stress is greater than or smaller KS regulation yield stress 400MPa. the maximum economical reinforced concrete structure design by difference of domestic steel company yield stress. This study measured tensile stress test of reinforcing bar and compare yield stress ks and domestic steel companys yield stress value by Using Universal Testing Machine (U.T.M). Measured yield stress value of reinforcing bars using Linear interpolation between 400MPa and 500MPa and area of reinforcing bars applied design of Rectangular and T-shape Beam. After Calculating reinforcing bars Area, graph drawing applied The relationship between area of reinforcing bar and safety. This study assume Using minimum reinforcing steel area, between domestic steel companies and specified design yield stress, reduced construction cost.
