Abstract
사물과 인터넷의 연결을 통한 정보통신의 기술 발달은 다양한 서비스가 제공할 수 있다. 최근 보급이 확산되고 있는 스마트 홈 IoT 서비스는 인터넷 망의 특성을 기반으로 사용자의 편리함을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 미흡한 정보제공, 사생활에 밀접한 정보가 포함되어 있어 개인정보 보안에 대한 두려움, 개인정보 침해 위험성이 높다. 스마트 홈 IoT 기기 오작동과 같은 기기 결함은 큰 위협이 발생할 수 있다.본 논문에서는 향후 스마트 홈 IoT 기술에 대한 정보보호 및 안정성이 중요시 되고 있으며 이와 관련된 보안 위협과 요구사항을 파악하여 정보보호 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 스마트 홈 IoT 서비스를 이용하고 있거나 이용할 의도가 있는 사람들을 대상으로 총 236부의 설문을 통해 분석하였으며 사용자 관점에서 IoT 서비스의 정보보안 요인, 합리적 행동이론, 계획된 행동이론의 선행연구를 바탕으로 보안요인에 따른 인지된 신뢰성, 인지된 위험성이 수용의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 스마트 홈 IoT 서비스 보안요인 중 무결성, 인증성, 안정성은 지각된 위험성에 기밀성, 안정성, 부인방지는 지각된 신뢰성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 기밀성과 부인방지는 지각된 위험에, 무결성과 인증성은 지각된 신뢰성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.스마트 홈 IoT 서비스 수용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 사용자 관점에서 종합적으로 분석하여 홈 IoT 서비스의 문제점을 파악하고 스마트 홈 IoT 서비스에 활용 가능한 보안 전략 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
The development of information and communication technology through the connection of objects and the Internet can be provided by various services. Recently Smart Home IoT services advertised are spread is based on the characteristics of the Internet network provides the convenience of users. However, insufficient information provided, it contains the information closer to the higher privacy fears, privacy risk to your personal information security. Device defects such as malfunctioning Smart Home IoT devices can pose a significant threat.In this study, information security and stability of Smart Home IoT technology are important, and security threats and requirements related to Smart Home IoT technology are identified and information security measures are proposed. The Smart Home IoT services were used and or analysis on people with access intent through a total of 236 parts of survey information security factors IoT services from a user perspective, rational behavior theory, security factors based on previous studies of the Theory of Planned Behavior The perceived reliability, and the perceived risk, on acceptance intention. Integrity, authenticity, and stability of Smart Home IoT service security factors positively affect perceived risk, confidentiality, stability, and non-repudiation. On the other hand, confidentiality and non - repudiation are perceived risk, integrity and authenticity have no effect on perceived reliability.We analyze the factors affecting the acceptance intention of Smart Home IoT service from the viewpoint of users and identify the problems of home IoT service and suggest a security strategy for Smart Home IoT service.
