경제 세계화 발전과 전 세계 서비스 시장의 계속 개방에 따라 서비스산업 외국인직접투자는 전 세계 직접투자에서 점유하는 비중과 지위는 끊임없이 향상하고 있으며, 서비스산업 외국인직접투자의 중요한 부분가 되었다. 많은 연구에 따르면 서비스산업 FDI에 대한 유입은 한 국가의 서비스산업의 구성을 최적화 시키고, 서비스산업의 구조를 개선하고 촉진하는 중요한 전략적 의미를 가지고 있다. 외국인직접투자 초기에는 주로 제조업에 집중되고 있다. 1980년대 전 세계 직접투자의 중심은 점차 서비스산업으로 향하기 시작하였다. 특히 최근, 서비스산업 외국인직접투자는 빠른 속도로 성장하였다. UNCTC(United Nations Centre Transnational Corporation)에 의하여 1990년대 이후 국제 산업구조가 전체 서비스산업중심으로 변화하기 시작하여 서비스산업은 선진국과 일부 신흥국의 중요 산업이 되었다. 이와 동시에 전 세계 FDI에 대한 관심은 단계적 서비스산업 부분으로 향하고 있고, 각국이 서비스업 외국인직접투자에 대한 사용이 갈수록 중시하게 되었다. 전 세계 서비스산업 외국인직접투자의 폭이 매년 15%로 증가하고 있다. 2002년에는 전 세계 서비스산업의 외국인직접투자 총액은 약 전 세계 FDI 누계 총액의 60%를 잠유하였고, 2002년과 2003년에는 모두 약 당시 누계 총액의 50%~55%를 차지하였다. 서비스산업은 점점 외국인직접투자의 주로 분야가 되었다. 최근에 중국 서비스산업의 대외 개방이 확대되면서 서비스산업 FDI 유입에 대한 상당한 진전을 거두었다. 1990년 중국 서비스산업 외국인직접투자 유입하는 금액은 10.30억 달러였고, 2014년에는 740.95억 달러를 달성하였다. 본 연구에서는 중국 서비스산업 외국인직접투자의 결정요인을 분석하기 위하여 종속변수는 중국 서비스산업 외국인직접투자금액이다. 설명변수는 연평균임금, 중국 실질환율, 중국의 실질GDP, 무역개방도, 중국 제조업 외국인직접투자금액, 중국의 인구수, 도로연장 등 변수들을 선정하였다. 기존 연구를 바탕으로 본 논문의 연구결과를 살펴보았는데 1985년부터 2014년까지 30년 기간 동안 중국 서비스산업 외국인직접투자의 결정요인에 대해서 자료를 이용하여 분석하였다. 중국 서비스산업 외국인직접투자 결정요인을 분석하기 위하여 오차수정모형(Error Correction Model)을 사용하였다. 실증분석결과는 중국의 연평균임금, 실질 GDP, 무역개방도, 제조업 외국인직접투자는 서비스산업 외국인직접투자 유입에 유의한 부(-)의 영향이 주는 것으로 나타났다. 중국 실질환율, 중국 인구수, 도로연장은 중국 서비스산업 직접투자 유입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
As the further development of economic globalization and the continued opening up of international service markets, Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) in service sectors has become the most important area of the world FDI filed. It has been proved many times that service FDI has very important strategic meaning to optimize a country’s service industrial structure and to promote the upgrade of service industrial structure. FDI mainly concentrated in the manufacturing industry in the early. In twentieth Century 80 Foreign Direct Investment to been shift to services sectors. Especially in recent years, foreign direct investment lean toward in the service sectors. Service sectors has become a pillar industry in the developed countries and some emerging countries. At the same time, foreign direct investment business in the world gradually shift to the service industry, direct foreign investment has been gradually concerned by the countries.This paper is designed to analyze the determinants of service foreign direct investment flown to Chinese. The empirical analysis is from 1985 to 2014, a period of 30 years. Used Error Correction Model for the analysis. In this paper, the choice of the explanatory variables the average annual wage, the real exchange rate, the actual GDP of China, trade openness, the amount of foreign direct investment in manufacturing industry, population, infrastructure.The empirical analysis shows that the average annual wage in China Services FDI, real GDP, trade openness, FDI in manufacturing industry are adversely affected but the real exchange rate, population, infrastructure are positive.
