For the secure distribution of fresh food, importance of Cold Chain management has been increasing. So according to development of RFID/USN technology, we suggest the way to enhance the value and safety of food using environment management in all sectors of supply chain. Cold Chain Management needs to manage tracking information in SCM’s perspective and tracing information that monitoring the storage environment consistently at the same time.In present, even though Discovery Service model, which has been developed, is general as a data sharing standard we decided to develop Cold Data Center model which has a function that can engage data for Cold Chain which has just few related supply chain and short distribution routes.During the expiration date, EPCIS can make the system possible to share the environmental trace management, enhance the prediction and transparency in management. We regard it as meaningful to suggest the way to use EPCIS efficiently.
