In this study, we examine what factors should be considered in cost-benefit analysis of urban development project for Limwon-ri in samcheok city as cost and benefit item. The values of the net profit change depending on how much the discount rate assumed. So I did research the discount rate to 5% and 10% respectively. I could obtain that the values of the net profit was 61,576 million won when applying 5% and was 51,383 million won when applying 10%. In this study we can get that the values of net profit changes according to the discount rate. However, the net profit does not change into the net loss depending on the values of the discount rate. Therefore economic feasibility of development project has been generally satisfactory.
