Structural Relationships among Positive Psychological Capital, Learning Flow, Social Support, and Subjective Happiness in Chinese adult lifelong learners

Abstract
本研究的目的是明确中国成人学习者的积极心理资本,学习投入,社会支持,主观幸福感之间的结构性关系。探索各变量对提高成人终身学习参与, 提高生活质量的影响。本研究对1300名中国成人学习者进行了调查,利用spss26.0对986个问卷进行了分析。为了分析成人人口学特征的差异,采用了独立样本t检验和一元方差分析(one-way ANOVA analysis)。利用amos24.0分析结构模型,确认模型的路径和媒介效果。 研究结果表明:第一,分析了变量之间的关系。积极心理资本对社会支持和主观幸福感有积极影响。学习投入对社会支持和主观幸福感有积极影响。社会支持对主观幸福感有积极影响。 第二,分析了变量之间的媒介效果。中国成人学习者的积极心理资本和主观幸福感之间的媒介效果,是社会支持的一种媒介效果。投入学习和主观幸福感之间的媒介效果是社会支持另外的媒介效果。
The purpose of this study is to clarify the structural relationship among positive psychological capital, learning investment, social support and subjective well-being of Chinese adult learners. Exploring the influence of variation population on improving adult lifelong learning participation and quality of life This study investigated 1300 Chinese adult learners and analyzed 986 questionnaires using SPSS 26.0. In order to analyze the differences of adult demographic characteristics, independent sample t-test and one way ANOVA analysis were conducted. Use Amos 24.0 to analyze the structural model and confirm the path and medium effect of the model. The research results are as follows. First, the relationship between variables is analyzed. Positive psychological capital has a positive impact on social support and subjective well-being. Learning involvement has a positive impact on social support and subjective well-being. Social support has a positive impact on subjective well-being. Secondly, the parametric effects between variables are analyzed. The media effect between positive psychological capital and subjective well-being of Chinese adult learners is the single media effect supported by Shashi. The media effect between learning input and subjective well-being is another media effect of social support.
