Abstract
학교기업은 교육 연구 및 기술의 이전 등을 위하여 특정 학과 또는 교육과정 등과 연계된 분야에서 산업교육기관이 직접 운영하는 기업 활동을 말한다. 즉 학교기업은 각종 직업교육기관에 재학 중인 학생이 직접 운영하는 기업으로 학교에서 후원 감독하는 기업이다. 급변하는 현대사회에 능동적으로 적응할 수 있는 산업인력의 양성과 기존인력의 재교육을 위하여 고안되었으며, 학교교육과 현장경험을 연계시키는 교육체계 중의 하나이다.본 연구는 이러한 학교기업의 의미와 도입 필요성에 대하여 살펴보고, 이미 도입하여 성공적으로 운영되고 있는 선린인터넷 고등학교의 사례를 분석함으로써 학교기업의 성공적인 정착에 기여하고자 한다. 분석결과 무엇보다도 모듈중심, 현장중심, 학생중심의 학습활동으로 학습에 대한 학생들의 참여 동기가 향상되었다는 점을 제일 먼저 강조하고 싶다. 이와 더불어 학교기업을 통한 사례를 교육과정에 도입함으로써 지역사회와 기업에서 요구하는 폭넓은 지식과 전문기술을 습득할 수 있었고, 이에 따라 현장적응능력이 향상되었다.
Recently, some of the specialized highschool manage a school-based enterprise. The objective of the school-based enterprise is to provide students with programs that develop professionalism and stimulate their active attitude toward and desire for achievements in social activities. The school-based enterprise can be run in various ways according to the school environment and demand from the local community. The school-based enterprise are the field oriented education and financial assistance to the sponsored highschool. These motive to the operation of the school-based enterprise could divided into the educational goal and financial profit goal. This study purposed to contributes to the proper introduction and operation, activation of the school-based enterprise programs by investigating the operation of the SUN RIN internet highschool that have satisfactorily operated the school-based enterprises. This paper will be contributed to the operation and activation of the school-based enterprise in spite of some restrictions.
