Abstract
예술디자인학과 학생의 그릿과 학교적응 관계에서자기효능감의 매개효과 왕 우ㆍ장 려 려ㆍ고 영 춘 연구 목적: 이 연구는 예술디자인학과 학생들을 대상으로 학교적응의 증진방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 연구 방법: 연구대상은 중국 하이난성 예술디자인학과 학생들인 319명을 대상으로 하였고, SPSS 25 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도, 상관관계 및 회귀의 분석 등을 하였다. 연구 내용: 예술디자인학과 대학생들을 대상으로 그릿, 자기효능감 및 학교적응 사이의 관계를 탐색하였다. 결론 및 제언: 그릿이 학교적응에 영향을 줌에 있어서 자기효능감이 부분적으로 매개함을 확인하였다. 예술디자인학과 대학생들의 학교적응을 향상하기 위해서는 그릿을 증진시키고, 자기효능감이 함양될 수 있도록, 대학구성원들이 그들을 위한 각 교육 프로그램과 교수법 전략 등을 개발해야 할 것이다. 핵심어: 그릿, 자기효능감, 학교적응, 매개효과, 예술디자인학과
Mediating Effect of Resilience in the Relationship Between Grit and Career Preparation Behavior of Art Design Students Yu Wang,** Lili Zhang,*** & Youngchun Ko**** Abstract: This study aims to find ways to improve adaptation to school for students in the department of art design. The subjects of the study are 319 students in the department of art design in Hainan Province of China, and reliability, correlation, and regression analysis are conducted using the SPSS 25 program. The relationship among grit, self-efficacy, and adaptation to school is explored for university students in the department of art design. It is confirmed that self-efficacy partially mediated grit's influence on adaptation to school. Therefore, in order to enhance the adaptation of art design students to school, university members should develop each educational program and teaching method strategy etc for them so that grit can be improved and self-efficacy can be cultivated.
