Abstract
This study compared and analyzed arteriosclerosis according to bone density differences in 700 adult women and concluded the following. Technical statistics according to the diagnosis classification of bone density (normal, osteoporosis, and osteoporosis) showed a statistically significant difference in pulse velocity (p<.000***) in arteriosclerosis. In addition, in the results of the correlation analysis between arteriosclerosis and bone density, the correlation analysis between the dependent variable bapwv-L and the independent variable resulted in significance level p<.05 level, there was no significant correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable. In addition, as a result of conducting a correlation analysis between the dependent variable baPWV-R and the independent variable, the significance level p<.At the 05 level, there was no significant correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable. As a result of synthesizing the above studies, it was found that a decrease in bone density is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease, and there is an epidemiological correlation between a decrease in bone density and the cardiovascular system. Therefore, if the common pathophysiology of osteoporosis and vascular calcification is identified through large-scale longitudinal studies in the future, it is expected to have an important effect on the treatment of osteoporosis and vascular-related diseases.
