The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship model among achievement goal orientation, self-management and sport coping in wrestler. To achieve the purpose, 262 subjects from middle and high school, college and business sports team in Korea Wrestling Association. Analysis of the collected material was subjected to the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis using the SPSS 21, using AMOS 18 was carried out confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling analysis. The significance of all analyzes p<.05. The following results were obtained: Firstly, achievement goal orientation has a positive effect on the statistical self-management in wrestlers. Secondly, it showed that achievement goal orientation of the wrestler does not affect the sports coping. Thirdly, self-management and sports coping of the wrestlers has significant static relationship. Finally, relationshps among achievement goal orientation, self-management and sport coping of wrestler were the causal relation, also role of self-management was mediating variables.
이 연구는 레슬링 선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리 및 스포츠 상황 대처의 관계모형을 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 대한레슬링협회에 선수로 등록되어 있는 전국의 남자 중․고․대학교 레슬링 선수와 실업팀 선수 262명을 표본 집단으로 선정하였다. 수집한 자료의 분석은 SPSS 21을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, AMOS 18을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 모든 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 이러한 절차를 통하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 레슬링 선수의 성취목표지향성은 자기관리에 유의한 정적 관계가 있다. 둘째, 레슬링 선수의 성취목표성향은 스포츠 상황 대처에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 레슬링 선수의 자기관리는 스포츠 상황 대처에 유의한 정적 관계가 있다. 마지막으로 이 연구에서 설정한 연구모형인 레슬링 선수의 성취목표지향성과 자기관리 및 스포츠 상황 대처간의 인과관계에서 자기관리가 부분매개변인 역할을 한다.
