The purpose of this study is to explore Governmental trust factors of the Real Estate Policies on the focused the Park Guen-Hye government. This study attempted to analyze affect relationships between independent variable separated policy trust(policy expertise, policy consistency, previous policy achievement), policy content(market responsiveness, policy effectiveness, social equity) and governmental trust as subordination variable by regression analysis of the SPSS 21.0 program The results of the study are as follows, First, it was found that previous policy achievement is the most important factor among the real estate policies Second, it was found that social equity is the more important factor among the real estate policies This study has significance of research about evaluation of the real estate policy last three years and to find important factors for governmental trust improvement.
우리사회 특성 상 부동산 자산은 개인 자산에서 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 중요한 요소로서 대통령 후보자들도 대선공약 중 부동산 관련 공약을 중요하게 발표하고 있으며 표심에도 상당한 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존에 연구된 정부 신뢰 분야의 연구에서 현재 국정운영 3년이 지난 박근혜 정부를 대상으로 부동산 정책에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 박근혜 정부에서는 사회적 형평성을 고려한 부동산 정책 내용을 지속적으로 시행하는 것과 부동산 시장에 대한 정확한 판단을 통해 전문성 있는 정책 시행을 통해 정책 성과를 높이는 것이 정부 신뢰도를 높이는 중요한 부분이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
