Abstract
The Korean Liquefied plant is Korean technology aiming to export small and medium-sized LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) plants abroad. While Korean Liquefied plant technology provides lower construction costs and much better energy efficiency than legacy ones, the process of it includes ultra-low temperature processes and ultra-high pressure processes, requiring Historical-Trend to verify reliability and safety of its. This paper is to introduce the process and results of developing a monitoring system specialized in a Korean Liquefied plant to secure the Historical-Trend of its. This paper includes structuring monitoring data for Korean Liquefied plant, developing a Historical-Trend collection system, and condition based maintenance system, which can then be used to verify the competitiveness of Korean Liquefied plant in overseas exports and customize Korean Liquefied plant monitoring systems according to local conditions.
