Abstract
Volume displacement using Grisotti’s skin-glandular flap is a step 2-② procedure of oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery. It’s suitable for patients with cancer lesions in the central area of large and/or ptotic breasts with soft skin and fatty tissue. Although this technique is not considered difficult, it’s important to handle Grisotti’s flap gently during surgery to preserve the superficial blood supply network on the de-epithelialized area.
