Abstract
In this study, We carried out saturation mutagenesis at a position 510(Ala)ofRalstoniaeutrophatype_I_polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA)synthase(PhaCRe) to examine whether the amino acid substitution at this position affects polymerization activity.
