Abstract
Results: More than 70% of the first-line treatment consisted of multidrug treatment (SP, Phoenix etc.). The ratio of monotherapy and HER with other drug increased from the second-line chemotherapy. The MST of first-line chemotherapy only was 196 days. The MST of second-line, third-line and fourth-line chemotherapy were 395, 470 and 583 days, respectively. One patient each received fifth- and sixth-line chemotherapy, with MSTs of 818 and 1,106 days. As the reason for giving up chemotherapy, the side effects were observed 16% at first line chemotherapy and the worsening of general condition by Progressive disease (PD) increased from the second-line chemotherapy.
