Results: More than 70％ of the first-line treatment consisted of multidrug treatment (SP, Phoenix etc.). The ratio of monotherapy and HER with other drug increased from the second-line chemotherapy. The MST of first-line chemotherapy only was 196 days. The MST of second-line, third-line and fourth-line chemotherapy were 395, 470 and 583 days, respectively. One patient each received fifth- and sixth-line chemotherapy, with MSTs of 818 and 1,106 days. As the reason for giving up chemotherapy, the side effects were observed 16％ at first line chemotherapy and the worsening of general condition by Progressive disease (PD) increased from the second-line chemotherapy.
