Abstract
The paper aims to evaluate the share toward construction cost of two urban railway stations by developers. They were constructed on a new railway line in Tokyo Bay Area. One was constructed attached to an exist station, and the other is a new one. Questionnaires to the developers are executed, in which evaluation of the railway and expenses for the construction cost are asked. Moreover, the effects of the railway project are examined. As a result, the developer's benefit of railway is larger than their shares, and, the developer's satisfaction for the new station, analyzed by comparison of the questionnaires and user benefit, are larger.
