Abstract
An attempt to observe the radical distribution which were generated from hydrogen peroxide by plasma discharging technique in the sterilizer was carried out by colorimetry. Then, the behavior of the above radical in the existence of the various polymers or cloth, such as polyethyletne, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride, rayon, gauze and so on, were observed by the aborbance chaneges of indicators ; ascorbic acid and 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl on the UV and VR spectra, respectively.
