Abstract
The rate of male breast cancer is less than 1% among all breast cancer and that of male mammary Paget's disease is only about 0.5%. Therefore, male mammary Paget's disease is an extremely rare disease1). Recently, sentinel lymph node biopsy has been rapidly spread in the clinical field. We experienced a case of male mammary Paget's disease for which sentinel lymph node biopsy was performed, resulting that axillary lymph node dissection could be omitted. Here, we will report the case with related documents.
