Abstract
Transition of Histamin released in plasma during the course of allergic phenomenon was studied on experimental tuberculous rabbits.The results obtained are as follows;1. In the experimental tuberculosis, the more tuberculous lesions advanced, the more plasma histamin decreased.2. Histamin increased by BCG immunization. By the challenge of virulent mycobact. tuberculosis tuberculin allergy turned negative and also plasma histamin gradually decreased.3. Transition of tuberculin allergy ran in parallel with plasma histamin with exception of the tuberculous rabbits treated with chemotherapy.
