Abstract
TA-058 was administered to 20 patients with respiratory tract infection. The drug was administered by D. I. injection twice a day with the dosis of 1 to 2g and total dosis ranged from 3 to 80g.The following results were obtained.1) Clinical response to therapy was excellent in 2 cases, good in 12 cases, fair in 1 case, poor in 4 cases and unevaluable in 1 case. Effective rate was 73.7%.2) As for side effects, the elevation of GPT and Al-P was found in 1 case, but it was transient.
